Setting Up a Job Position

In this section, you will define the job positions within your company, which can be assigned to employees during their onboarding process. Follow the steps below to configure a new job position:

  • Code: Assign a unique code to identify the job position within the system.

  • Name: Provide the name of the job position (e.g., Manager, Technician, Accountant).

  • Active Toggle: Enable or disable the job position as needed. Active job positions will be available for selection when assigning roles to employees.

Once completed, click Save to add the job position to your company's job structure.
